Aempresa is here to support agents in their work. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We process your personal data. In this privacy statement, we would like to explain, in the clearest language possible, what we do, why we do it, and what it means to you.

First of all, we promise that:

Who does this privacy statement apply to?

This privacy statement is intended for you as an agent. At Aempresa we handle agents' personal data with care. We would like to inform you about how we process your personal data. We have prepared this privacy statement for this purpose. To the extent you use the Aempresa platform as a visitor, the regular visitor privacy statement also applies in addition to this privacy statement.

What personal data does Aempresa process?

We process the following data about you:

A. Agent data: Data about your office, display data for your office page, data about your office employees (including individual email addresses and phone numbers), address details, financial data , office profile, data you complete in the forms.

B. Order data: products or services you purchase.

C. Automatically generated data: such as IP addresses, browser data, data about the use of your website and the use of functions in Aempresa/admin.

D. Sales data: number and type of items for sale and the corresponding region.

E. Customer contact data, such as emails you send to Aempresa Customer Service.

The data mentioned above only applies if it is personal data and can therefore be traced back to a natural person (this includes self-employed persons or associations).

Why does Aempresa process personal data?

It is necessary for us to process the personal data you provide in order to offer and improve our services, and to keep our platform secure, fast and always available. It is also necessary to process personal data so that our contact with you as an Aempresa customer runs smoothly. Additionally, we use your personal data for marketing purposes. By marketing purposes, we mean market analysis, statistical research, sending newsletters, targeted advertising and other content and profiling. When we process personal data on the basis of the performance of the contract or on the basis of a legal obligation, the provision of such personal data is a necessary condition to be able to use our services and products. How does Aempresa obtain personal data?

Most of the personal data that Aempresa has obtained was provided by you or one of your colleagues. Examples include information about employees that you add to office information, information about yourself or your colleagues that you provide to our account managers, or feedback that you provide to Aempresa, for example, through a survey.

Aempresa also processes automatically generated information, such as clicking behavior on our platform, your IP address and browser data. This is done, among other things, with the help of cookies or similar techniques (for more information on this, see our cookie policy).

How long is personal data stored?

We only keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purpose for which we have it, to serve you optimally or to comply with our legal obligations. We use the following criteria when determining the retention period:

As an Aempresa customer, we may approach you with news, promotions or advice until you tell us that you no longer appreciate it. As soon as you do so, Aempresa will only retain the personal data necessary to be able to demonstrate when you informed us.

We maintain your account details in Aempresa/admin as long as Aempresa has a legitimate interest in doing so or until you wish to delete them (or have them deleted).

The personal profiles that Aempresa has at its disposal based on the creation of profiles are stored only for the time necessary.

We maintain financial information, such as invoices, for as long as we are legally required to do so.

If cookies or similar techniques are placed on your computer, the retention period is shown in our cookie policy. Whenever possible, Aempresa limits the storage period to the minimum necessary to carry out the linked functionality.

With whom does Aempresa share personal data?

If you register with Aempresa as an agent to publish object data on the Aempresa platform, we will of course publish the agent data you provide on our platform upon your request.

We also work with third parties to provide and improve our services, for the security of our platform, to carry out marketing and to improve our customer contact. For example, we work with hosting companies, communication companies that send emails for marketing purposes on our behalf or contact you by phone on behalf of Aempresa, research and analysis agencies and with partners who provide the service on our behalf. name. How does Aempresa protect personal data?

To prevent another person from unlawfully using or processing your personal data, we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures. We use, among other things, physical (access) security, passwords, password encryption and data encryption.

What about social networks?

Aempresa does not include social media functionalities, such as "like" buttons or pixels, in aempresa/admin. We have profiles on social media channels such as Twitter and Facebook. If you follow, like or view our profiles, you provide personal data to us and that social media channel.

If you communicate with Aempresa through a social media channel, the record of our communication falls within the domain of the chosen channel and the terms of that channel apply. To the extent that Aempresa processes such personal data for its own purposes, this privacy statement applies.

What about profiling?

Profiling is the collection of characteristics, interests and data about you as an agent, with which a profile is created. This way, you can receive targeted and relevant information, actions and relevant invitations to events.

This is done based on personal data obtained through cookies and similar techniques (see our cookie policy), combined with other personal data that Aempresa obtains, such as personal data that you enter (for example, in forms available through aempresa.es/ admin).

Aempresa uses profiling to personalize information on the Aempresa platform, telemarketing or to send you relevant newsletters, promotions and advertisements, to adapt our services and products to your personal needs and for optimal interpretation of our customer contact. For example, we can analyze your actions on aempresa.es/admin using cookies if you give your consent, in order to respond more effectively to your wishes and needs. In this way, we try to continually improve the cooperation with you. No content will be remembered based on our profiling.

What are your rights?

You have the right to receive clear, transparent and understandable information. You can always view, modify or delete your personal data that you have entered through your aempresa/admin account. Additionally, you can contact us to see the personal data that Aempresa has otherwise obtained about you free of charge. You can also request Aempresa to change or delete your personal data. In certain circumstances, you can request Aempresa to transfer your personal data. Additionally, you can ask us to restrict the processing of personal data.

To the extent that we use your data based on our legitimate interest, you can always object to this.

Aempresa uses your personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. For example, if you receive a newsletter from Aempresa and you no longer wish to receive it, you can always unsubscribe (and therefore withdraw your consent) by clicking on the unsubscribe option in the newsletter.

If you make a request that concerns the way in which Aempresa handles your personal data, Aempresa may always ask you to identify yourself. If you submit a copy of your proof of identity for this purpose, we ask that you make your passport photo and social security number illegible.
