What personal data does Aempresa process?
Aempresa processes the following data that may be personal data to the extent that they can track you as an individual:

Account information, information with which you create and use an account, such as email address and password, account information that you optionally use to enrich your account, such as name, phone number, and information you makes your search easier, like the items you save. With this account, you can log in to Aempresa and manage your data.
B. Data you provide to us to provide you with a service, such as the content of contact requests and other service requests that we transmit to Agent at your request.
C. Automatically generated data, such as IP addresses, device identifiers and browser data that we collect through cookies, among others.
D. Data about how you use the Aempresa platform, such as the services you use and the objects that you find interesting, in order to build a profile based on which we can personalize the Aempresa platform and our services.
E. Correspondence data, such as data in emails you send to Aempresa or messages you send us through social networks.
F. Object data, such as photos, address details, floor plans, area, year of construction and other characteristics of an object.
Why does Aempresa process personal data?
In short, it is necessary to process personal data to be able to offer and improve our services, and to keep our platform secure, fast and always available. It is also necessary to process personal data so that our contact with the customer runs smoothly. Additionally, we use your personal data for marketing purposes. By marketing purposes, we mean (market) analysis, statistical research, sending newsletters, targeted advertising and other content. When we process personal data on the basis of the performance of the contract or on the basis of a legal obligation, the provision of such personal data is a necessary condition to be able to use our services and products.

How does Aempresa obtain personal data?
Most of the personal data we have is provided by you as a visitor to Aempresa. This happens, for example, when you create an account or make a request with or for an Agent.
In addition, Aempresa processes automatically generated data, such as the page you visited, your IP address and browser data. This is done, among other things, with the help of cookies or similar techniques (for more information on this, see our cookie policy).
How long is personal data stored?
We only keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purpose for which we process it or to comply with our legal obligations. We use the following criteria when determining retention periods:
If you use our services, such as creating an account, we will retain your personal data for as long as we need to provide and improve that service. Or until such time as you want to delete them (or have them deleted).
If you have consented to receive emails, we will retain your personal data until you withdraw that consent. As soon as you do so, Aempresa will continue to retain the personal data that is necessary to be able to demonstrate when you gave permission and when you withdrew it.
We retain financial information, such as invoices, for as long as we are legally required to do so. For most financial information, this is 4 years.
You or the corresponding Agent can instruct Aempresa that an object is no longer published on the Aempresa platform. We retain object data for as long as we need to provide and improve our services.
The Business data we obtain through Agents is updated daily.
If cookies or similar techniques are placed on your computer, we will display the retention period in our cookie policy.
With whom does Aempresa share personal data?
For the purposes described above, we work with third parties. We often share (part of) your personal data with them.
If you leave your data on our platform to purchase a certain service, we will share your personal data (if necessary) with the party providing the service, such as an Agent. Think about contact requests for an Agent.
We also work with parties that provide communication for Aempresa and perform platform monitoring. Additionally, we share data with our hosting parties, research and analysis agencies, advertising platforms and (other) processors acting on our behalf.
Of course, Aempresa publishes object data on the Aempresa platform, making it visible to everyone who visits the Aempresa platform. Additionally, Aempresa sends object data to a visitor by email if it matches their search criteria. We also share object data through our social media channels. A visitor also has the option to share objects on social networks or by email with other people through the Aempresa platform.
In the event that (one or more parts of) Aempresa's business is transferred to a third party, as part of this acquisition, the personal data that Aempresa processes may also be transferred to this third party. If this situation occurs, Aempresa will inform you in a timely manner through the Aempresa platform.
International transfers of personal data
Aempresa is a Spanish company, as are many of the parties we work with. To the extent that the third parties we work with process personal data in a location outside the EEA, they do so subject to appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses developed by the European Commission and other safeguards.
How does Aempresa protect personal data?
To prevent anyone else from illegally using or processing your personal data, we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures. We use, among other things, physical (access) security, passwords, password encryption, bot detection, encryption (of storage and communication channels).
What about social networks?
Aempresa does not include social media functionalities, such as "like" buttons or pixels, on the Aempresa platform. However, we have profiles on social media channels such as X and Facebook and we link to them on the Aempresa platform. If you share an object from the Aempresa platform through a social media channel, Aempresa will only transmit the object information to the corresponding social media channel. Aempresa may also publish object data on Aempresa social media channels.
What about profiling?
In short, profiling is the collection of characteristics, interests and data about you as a visitor. Based on this, a profile is created so that you can receive targeted and relevant information. Aempresa does this based on data we generate using cookies and similar techniques (see our cookie policy), combined with other personal data, such as your browsing and clicking behavior, what you enter into your account, what you enter when you use our products and services (such as the Value Check and its results), what objects you see and what you look for.
Aempresa only uses profiling to personalize information and show you emails and advertisements that are relevant to you. No items or other content will be withheld from you based on our profiling.
What are your rights?
You have control over your personal data. You have the right to receive clear, transparent and understandable information. You can always view, modify or delete your personal data that you have entered through your account. Additionally, you can contact us to see your personal data that Aempresa processes about you free of charge. You can also request Aempresa to change or delete your personal data. We may also transfer personal data in certain circumstances. Additionally, you can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data.
To the extent that we use your data based on our legitimate interest, you can always object to this.
If we use your personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. For example, if you are subscribed to an Aempresa newsletter and no longer wish to receive it, you can always unsubscribe (and therefore withdraw your consent) by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" option in a newsletter.
